CryoCON prides itself on providing the best convention experience for all exhibitors. Unlike other conferences and conventions, we have NO HIDDEN COSTS with our exhibitor level pricing. All exhibitors also get the following complimentary benefits:

  • Support from Black Tie Moving & Storage
    CryoCON is covering the cost of Black Tie’s onsite labor helping to move Exhibitor shipment items into their booth even if Exhibitor does not ship to Black Tie’s Warehouse. Exhibitors also receive complimentary storage of shipping materials/crates during the event.
  • Booth Accommodations
    Every booth is equipped with the following on opening, (1 host-draped table(s) and chairs, and back-wall and side-rail draping.
  • Technology Support
    A 10% discount on price for all AV booth needs (electricity, WiFi, etc) has been pre-negotiated for exhibitors.
  • Marketing and Branding
    Exhibitors and their purchase level will be announced on CryoCON social media accounts and Cryotherapy Industry Association app and forum. Exhibitor's company profile will be labeled on expo hall map for website visitors to view. Exhibitor's logo and linked company website will appear on the CryoCON website. Professional event photography will be provided after the event for exhibitor's use.
  • EXPO Passes to Invite Special Guests
    Each exhibitor levels are provided with an allotted amount of complimentary EXPO Passes to invite special guests. This will facilitate the opportunity to solidify business deals, showcase your innovative equipment to prospective clients and strengthen existing customer relationships. Additionally, CryoCON will supply exhibitors with discount codes to provide potential attendees when purchasing tickets.
  • Employee Access to Meals
    Each exhibitor levels are provided with an allotted amount of complimentary passes, including GENERAL ADMISSION & VIP Passes for employees to enjoy class presentations at CryoCON and to partake in the lunches provided. Anyone staying at the Hotel are invited to enjoy complimentary breakfasts for the duration of their stay.

Plan to fly in on Wednesday May 13th, to be ready to setup your Booth Displays on Thursday May 14th. Plan to fly out on Tuesday May 19th after breaking down your Booth Displays the entire Monday.

    • Fly in recommended to allow for optimal time to set up your equipment.

    • Booth Setup.
  • Friday, May 15th, 2026
    • Booth Setup continues - must be completed by 3pm
    • Expo open 5:00pm-8:00pm
  • Saturday, May 16th, 2026
    • Expo open 8:30am-500pm
  • Sunday, May 17th, 2026
    • Expo open 12:00pm-6:00pm
    • CryoCON 2026 Convention & Expo Closes 6:00pm
  • Monday, May 18th, 2026
    • Tear down for all exhibitors, must be completed and out by 5:00pm
  • Tuesday, May 19th, 2026
    • Fly out recommended to allow for full day of tear down on Monday, May 18th, 2026.
